Donuts at Contenti Cupcakes Miami

These are our Baked Raised Donuts.  This was my first attempt and they came out awesome.  We ate so much of them that we couldn't eat dinner.  They are topped off with cinnamon sugar and are super fluffy.  We got inspired to make donuts from our recent trip to Williamsburg, Brooklyn where we had the best donuts at a great restaurant called Pies 'N' Thighs http://news.piesnthighs.com/.  We're going to start making donuts so stay tuned for more creations.  If you would like to place an order of our Baked Raised Donuts we're selling them at $24 a dozen, basically $2 each.  These are best eaten when they are freshly baked so orders need to be planned out very carefully.

Working on Some New Flavors

O.K...This one has an Oreo crust, roasted banana cake filled with caramel, topped with coffee buttercream, and finally garnished with Oreo crumbs.  We call it "Chucks" cause we got the idea from the show "Chucks Day Off."
