Her Bollywood cupcake was one of my overall favorites of the evening, it is a vanilla cupcake filled with the Indian dessert called Carrot Halwa, which is carrots cooked in milk and spices. It was sweet, and earthy, and surprisingly not overwhelmed by the moisture of the carrots. "
